Even though I’ve been crocheting for a long time now there is still so much for me to learn. This week I heard a term I had never heard before – frogging. Frogging refers to pulling out work you have completed because it isn’t right (or you are bored with that project and want to use the yarn for something else). It is called ‘frogging’ because you “rip it, rip it, rip it” out, which sounds like a frog!
Here is a little frog face which caused me so much anguish and is a great project to use to talk about frogging. I think I must have attempted this at least 20 times before getting close. Every time I count out loud my 4 year old counts over the top of me so I lose my spot again – but that’s a story for another day!
